Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding market presence within chemicals industry

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and analysis to senior management

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to execute sales strategies

Achieve sales objectives

by actively promoting and selling company products.

Develop

strong partnerships with customers

, maximizing opportunities in both existing and new markets while effectively managing customer needs.

Manage customer accounts

to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with customers to

coordinate orders and deliveries

for seamless transactions.

Provide

technical support

by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer queries.

Collect, analyze, and maintain sales data

to assist management in strategic decision-making.

Follow up on

accounts payables

to ensure timely collections.

Visit customers

, handle their inquiries, propose the right product solutions, and follow up on quotations.

Coordinate with the

Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Production

teams to ensure

timely material deliveries and stock availability

.

Report and address customer complaints

to improve service quality.

Expert in preparing and analyzing Sales Reports

to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Previous experience in the Chemical industry is a must.

Experience 3-5 years

Bachelor's degree in science /bachelor's in chemical engineering /master's degree in marketing management

Additional certification is a plus

Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills

Analytical skills to assess data, customer & market trends

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
