We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help us bring in new contracts for supplying manpower to companies. Your role will be to identify potential clients, build relationships, and secure contracts for our staffing services. Responsibilities: Identify Leads: Find companies that need manpower and could benefit from our staffing services. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Negotiate Contracts: Work with clients to understand their needs and negotiate contract terms. Manage Proposals: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients. Track Progress: Monitor the status of leads and contracts to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate: Work closely with our internal team to ensure client needs are met. Mandatory Skills: Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally in staffing or recruitment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Language : English, Arabic and Hindi Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and contracts. Must have Car and Saudi Driving License If you have a contract also you can join in our company. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Experience: At least 2 years of saudi arabia experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manpower contract and staffing industry.
