Required Skills:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the flooring or construction chemicals industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.In-depth knowledge of the flooring industry and related products.Ability to analyse market trends and data to make informed business decisions.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.Multilingual skills are a plus [Languages spoken in the MEA region.]Valid driver\'s license for base location and ability to obtain an international driver\'s license for assigned regions.
