We are a property developer in Dubai, specializing in boutique luxury residential buildings, and off-plan developments with high appreciation potential. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management: o Drive sales for off-plan properties within our exclusive portfolio. o Manage and convert leads into successful transactions. o Effective results-based Broker Network engagement. Client Engagement: o Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, brokers and corporate clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). o Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet client needs and investment goals. Market Knowledge: o Advanced knowledge about Dubai's real estate market, trends, and competitor developments. o Educate clients about project timelines, pricing strategies, and market opportunities. Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project objectives. o Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the client base. Performance Reporting: o Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to management. Package: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, ideally with a developer or leading brokerage in Dubai. - Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Proficient in using CRM software. - Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages as Arabic, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese are highly desirable. - Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
