We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 1 year of experience working with a real estate developer.Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell the company's real estate portfolio, including off-plan and ready-to-move-in properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Attend client meetings, property viewings, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Provide clients with in-depth information about the companys projects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
At least 1 year of experience with a real estate developer is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
