We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (e.g., referrals, networking, online platforms).
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing detailed information, market trends, and options.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and prices to close deals.
• Maintain and update client records and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other team members.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and local property listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
