Sales Executive

Job Description

Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handle objections and resolve customer issues professionally. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams. Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software. Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts. Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients. Ensure proper documentation of contracts and agreements.
Requirements & capabilities:

At least 3 years of high-end fashion, luxury industry or similar capacity

passion in retail industry with good selling skills

Likes fashion and appreciates quality products .
