Marketing and selling cement products within the above-noted region.
Providing technical support for the cement and aggregate side to our customer base.
Targeting and acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing accounts by strengthening customer relationships.
Achieving sales volumes and maximizing prices based on market conditions and company goals.
Monthly review of pricing and volume analytics actual vs. target.
Participating in business-line forecasts.
Ensuring compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance, etc.
Working with the Cement Plants to develop a good understanding of production costs and the various manufacturing processes.
HERES WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelors Degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
UAE 5 - 10 years of sales experience in the Cement Industry( Manufacturer, Trading Companies or Ready Mix).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Effective oral and written communication skills
History of establishing goals, measuring, and achieving results
Strong ability to take initiative in the sales process.
Strong organizational skills, emphasis on time management
Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Required UAE Vehicle Driving License
