They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai!The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the kitchen industry and a successful track record in sales. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective strategies and execution.Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen design and installation sector.- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-end clients.- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Sales Management:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.Project Coordination:- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.- Oversee project timelines and ensure successful execution of kitchen installations.- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Client Relationship Management:- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients throughout the project.- Collect and act upon client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.Requirements:- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales within the kitchen industry.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Bachelors degree in Engineering- In-depth knowledge of kitchen design, materials, and installation processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
