Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about sales and have a keen understanding of the construction and prefabrication sectors, this role is a perfect fit. You'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets for our prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our prefabrication solutions within the UAE market.
• Identify potential clients, including contractors, developers, and architects, to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct compelling product presentations, educating clients on the advantages and versatility of prefabricated structures.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Prepare, negotiate, and close sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with client needs.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met and project execution is seamless.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in prefabrication.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the prefabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of prefabricated materials, modular construction, and the UAE construction landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for closing sales and fostering client relationships.
• UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
