Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the petrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of petrochemical products, market trends, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Planning:



• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and target potential customers in the petrochemical industry.



Customer Relationship Management:



• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.



Market Analysis and Research:



• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.



Product Knowledge:



• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's petrochemical products and services.
• Provide customers with detailed information about product specifications, benefits, and applications.



Sales Negotiation and Closing:



• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales deals.
• Ensure that sales agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.



Sales Reporting and Analysis:



• Track and report on sales performance, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.



Collaboration and Coordination:



• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications:



Education:



• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.



Experience:



• 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful customer relationships.



Skills and Competencies:



• Strong knowledge of petrochemical products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Persian Language is a plus.
• Understanding of the petrochemical industry's specific sales challenges and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
