Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Promote NOX products, Globo balls, and other merchandise to maximize in-store sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for The Padel Store
• Product Distribution:
• Establish and manage distribution channels for NOX and Globo balls across Bahrain.
• Build relationships with potential partners, sports clubs, retailers, and other distribution points.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and reordering to ensure consistent stock availability.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to support product selection and marketing strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Implement customer loyalty programs and special promotions to enhance customer retention.
• Sales Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare regular sales and distribution reports, analyze sales performance, and provide insights for improvement.
• Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales data.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies based on analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
