Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoors Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the cleaning industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in an outdoor environment and can build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cleaning sector through proactive outreach and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning industry.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A passion for outdoor sales and a willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
