Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional passionate about sales in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industry? Join our team as a Sales Executive and be a key contributor to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand the customer base within the MEP industry.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote services and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the MEP or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in English
