1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
2. Identify and reach out to potential customers through outdoor sales activities such as door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking.
3. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
5. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
7. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the electrical fittings or related industry.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
6. Valid driver\'s license and own transportation preferred.
7. Flexibility to work in outdoor environments and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
