Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality crockery and tableware products to restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and other key retail and hospitality clients. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and excels at building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality and retail sectors, including restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets.
• Present, promote, and sell our range of crockery and tableware products to new and existing customers.
• Conduct cold calls, on-site visits, and meetings to develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and retail industries.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or related industries.
• Experience selling crockery, tableware, or other hospitality products is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Other Requirements:
• A valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the sales territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated Area.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED40.00 - AED80.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
