Job Title: Sales Executive - Off-Plan Real Estate (Female Candidates Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced female Sales Executive with at least one year of experience in Dubai's real estate market, specifically in off-plan property sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading real estate agency specializing in off-plan developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, a passion for real estate, and the ability to drive sales in this competitive sector. A valid driving license and access to a car are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Actively market and sell off-plan real estate projects to both local and international clients

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and leads

Provide detailed information about off-plan developments, including pricing, layouts, payment plans, and projected returns

Assist clients throughout the buying process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and handover

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Conduct property viewings and attend client meetings both on-site and off-site

Stay up-to-date with the latest off-plan project developments and Dubai's real estate trends

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotions and campaigns

Handle client inquiries, objections, and negotiations with professionalism

Utilize CRM systems to track leads, client communications, and sales performance

Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all business interactions

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan properties

Proven sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, particularly off-plan developments

Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car for client meetings and property viewings

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to use CRM tools and other sales software effectively
