Job Overview

Royal Phone Center in Sharjah Branch is seeking a young, passionate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. We specialize in both brand-new and used mobile phones, as well as laptops and related accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment and contribute to our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable mobile phones (new or used) and accessories.

Product Sales & Purchasing:

• Sell brand-new mobile phones , ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
• Evaluate used mobile phones (primarily Apple and Samsung) for trade-in or purchase, guaranteeing fair pricing and quality checks.

Market Awareness & Expertise:

• Stay informed about the latest mobile phone models, and technological trends.
• Track and analyze market prices for used devices, identifying opportunities to optimize sales and purchases.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales/buying targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, purchases, and inventory updates.

Customer Service & Support:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Store Maintenance:

• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Assist in maintaining proper stock levels and product displays.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience in mobile phone retail (new or used), with a focus on Apple and Samsung devices.
• Experience in buying and selling used electronics is a strong advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Additional Requirements:
• A valid visa with an NOC (No Objection Certificate) is an advantage.
• Must reliably commute to Sharjah or be willing to relocate before starting work.
