Royal Phone Center is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our New Mobile Department . The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling brand-new mobile phones and accessories, with a strong passion for technology and excellent customer service skills. You will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers, and contributing to the growth of our new mobile division.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting new mobile phones and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new mobile products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges with efficiency and professionalism.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile phones, accessories, and technological trends.
• Demonstrate a passion for learning about new products and sharing knowledge with customers and team members.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the new mobile phone .
• Strong knowledge of leading mobile brands (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) and their latest products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Languages Required : Basic proficiency in Arabic and English .
• A valid visa with an NOC (No Objection Certificate) NOC (No Objection Certificate)
