We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and dynamic "Sales Executive" for a Regional Conglomerate Leading Group and the position will be based in Oman. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products or services to potential clients within the assigned territory as well as achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization. Sales Executive Duties and Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers in the automotive industry, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on the latest trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the automotive industry Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and maintaining customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to the management team. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies as needed Create and maintain accurate customer records Educate customers on product features and benefits Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or related field 3+ years of experience in Sales and/or Automotive Sales and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication and English skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent customer service skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Knowledge of CRM software a plus
