We, at E.K.Kanoo, are looking for Sales Executive position requires candidates to hold a diploma degree in Marketing or a relevant subject. Additionally, candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in sales, although a combination of experience and education will also be considered.

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to manage and handle customers' needs, requirements, and queries, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of department targets. You will be responsible for cash and credit sales, working towards achieving monthly sales targets by following the designated sales process. This includes managing and addressing all customer queries, understanding their requirements, and overseeing transactions through to conclusion. Your goal is to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and provide a seamless customer experience. Informing customers about all available products and services is another crucial aspect of your role. You will ensure that customers are well-informed, enabling them to make informed decisions and fostering repeat business. In addition to managing existing customers, you will also be responsible for evaluating, communicating with, and identifying potential customers and leads. Building relationships through effective follow-up and communication will be essential in generating business opportunities. To maintain a consistent and appealing shopping environment, you will ensure that products and premises are displayed in accordance with the guidelines set by principals or management.
