Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing financial products such as equities and commodities. Present clear and persuasive information to clients, effectively highlighting the value of our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. Stay informed about financial market trends to provide accurate and timely insights. Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for client engagement and lead generation. Accurately record client interactions and maintain organized databases.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who possess:

Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What We Offer

Salary:

AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 base salary + high-performance commissions. Visa sponsorship is provided based on performance.
