We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE, specializing in the MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) industry. The ideal candidate will oversee sales activities, marketing efforts, and social media management, with a focus on the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, and Arabic language skills are highly preferred to effectively connect with a diverse client base across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the GCC market, including distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
Meet and exceed sales targets by creating and executing effective sales strategies.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the GCC region.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions.
3. Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns specifically for the GCC market.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of MDF products.
4. Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence with content tailored to the GCC audience.
Use analytics tools to track social media performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
5. Reporting and Strategy:
Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports, including insights into GCC market dynamics and competitor activities.
Recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's market presence and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the MDF or related industries.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of the GCC market and regional business practices.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a competitive market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 (Negotiable based on candidate's experience and strengths) plus performance and/or target-based incentives.
