Key Responsibilities: . Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets . Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry . Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking . Provide expert product knowledge and technical specifications to clients . Create detailed quotations and proposals for building material projects . Monitor market trends and competitor activities . Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profit margins . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment . Maintain accurate sales records and forecast reports in CRM system . Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products . Conduct site visits and product demonstrations when required Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) . Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in building materials or construction industry . Proven track record of achieving sales targets .
