Job Description

Duties and responsibilities - Managing sales data - Reporting sales and campaign results. - Communicating news and wins. - Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by the team. - Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators. - An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills - Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff. - Resolve complaints or issues team members have during cleanings - Ensure their cleaners complete tasks on time Requirement - Should have experience in Janitorial and cleaning service management - Excellent written/spoken communication skills - Solution driven individual and Proactive in reporting. - Decision maker and Time management skills - with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Cleaning Company. - A GCC driving license is a must.
