This position is primarily responsible for the increase in sale of Food products to business customers (Supermarket or Hotels, Restaurants and Catering customers) and is responsible for all the sales activities. Duties & Responsibilities: . Must have detail knowledge of Food products and their leading brands in order to communicate all the information to customers. . Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan to solicit new businesses. . Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales and strengthen the position and image of our brands . Communicate extensively via telephone and email with key individuals/ customer to respond to their queries and follow up of new projects and customers. . Monitor and report on activities of competitor and customer surveys and provide relevant information to management. . Deliver, comment and negotiate the quotations with the customer. . Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options . Must ensure the delivery of orders to the client in a timely manner. . Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. . Must record all customer's record with credit details and ensure continuous follow up to clear all the outstanding amounts in agreed time. Job Specification: 1. Preferred 3-5 years' experience in GCC Market 2. Bachelor Degree 3. Excellent Communication Skills. Efficiency in English Language is a must 4. Smart and Presentable 5.
