Sales Executive (Male)

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Prospecting:

Identify and approach new clients, businesses, and organizations that require uniforms.

Consultative Selling:

Understand client requirements and offer personalized uniform solutions that meet their needs for quality, design, and functionality.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied throughout the sales process and beyond.

Negotiation & Closing:

Conduct presentations and negotiations, guiding customers through the purchasing process and closing deals successfully.

Follow-up & After-Sales Support:

Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied with their purchases, handling any issues, and fostering repeat business.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

UAE Driving License:

. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the uniform industry or a related field (e.g., apparel, textiles). At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored uniform solutions..

UAE Driving License:

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for client visits.
