Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Lubricants Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of automotive lubricants to businesses and individuals in the automotive sector. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and an in-depth understanding of the lubricants industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and industry networking. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in the automotive sector. Promote and sell automotive lubricants to dealerships, repair shops, and other relevant businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company on a regular basis. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product innovations, and emerging market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in promotional activities and brand-building initiatives. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and expand business networks. Provide technical product knowledge and assist clients with selecting the appropriate lubricants for their specific needs.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive lubricants, automotive parts, or related industries. Strong understanding of automotive lubricants, their applications, and benefits. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to build relationships with clients and establish trust. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Arabic and French language skills is required in addition to English Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field (preferred).
