Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the Logistics/ Freight Forwarding industry in UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience and have a valid UAE driving license.

Job Responisibilities :

Identify and target potential clients in the logistics sector to expand the company's client base. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business growth. Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support. Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts. Integrating suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline status, to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities. Work closely with other departments, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of services to clients. Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams to support product/service enhancement and innovation efforts. Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arrange shipment and transportation details with carrier agents. Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
