We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Proactive Sales Executive - Leisure

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for driving sales growth and developing meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing clients. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead Generation:

Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase our solutions and their benefits.

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Pipeline Management:

Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client interactions, progress, and opportunities.

Negotiation and Closing:

Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Market Insight:

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our products and services effectively.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian language
