Operating under the umbrella of Nationwide Holding L.L.C.The RoleNationwide Legal Consultancy & Debt Collection LLC is seeking dynamic SALES EXECUTIVES - LEGAL to join our esteemed law firm based in Abu Dhabi. This role is instrumental in driving the acquisition of cases, clients, contracts, legal consultations, and other legal work. The successful candidate will use their experience, honesty, and strong negotiation skills to contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Attract new cases, clients, and contracts to the law firm
- Utilize an extensive client database and personal network to generate business opportunities.
- Facilitate legal consultations and provide guidance to potential clients
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in securing favorable terms and agreements
- Leverage knowledge of Abu Dhabi\'s Judicial Department, federal courts, and Dubai Courts.
- Ensure comply with the legal requirements when entering into contracts with clients and when representing them before the authorities
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work towards achieving set targets and contribute to the firm\'s overall success
- Benefit from a rewarding commission structure based on successful case acquisition
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the legal sector, business development or marketing
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals quickly and effectively
- Familiarity with the legal landscape in Abu Dhabi and the UAE in general.
- Extensive personal and professional network for business generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all dealings
- This position is based on commission only
