Job Description

Meet the sales and gross margin target allocated for the given year. Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, sourcing new customers, maintain and build productive long-term relationships with existing customers. Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how business solutions can meet those needs. Generate leads and grow existing relationships and maintain an accurate client database. Develop a relationship within the local market with architects, developers, consultants, contractors and clients in order to timely execute the project to customer's satisfaction. Build a network and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect list. Manage the entire project life cycle i.e. initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Make proposal documents, cost calculations and provide customers with quotations. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Process and maintain all relevant information about customers, prospects, campaigns, leads and use CRM (salesforce) for data capturing. Assist in the collection of outstanding receivable with the customers as per the contract terms and conditions. Use the company CRM and follow Group Sales Process. Serve as a mentor and coach to the sales team. Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities provided by the company for new product features and participating in BIG5 related exhibitions.
