Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and cultivate new sales leads through

networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing

exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry

trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Sales Negotiation : Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms and

conditions for both the company and clients.

Documentation : Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property

transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing

to the overall growth and success of the company.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop

effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and

transaction details in the company's CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
