Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Promote and sell a range of sanitary ware, tiles, and ceramic products to meet sales targets.
Provide customers with detailed product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
Assist clients in selecting the right products based on their project requirements and budget.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of sanitary ware, tiles, and ceramic products.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in English/Hindi/Malayalam; knowledge of
Arabic speaking
is an added advantage.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Good understanding of the UAE building materials market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive sales approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
+2/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales within the building materials or sanitary ware industry.
