Experience: 2+ years of experience required in a sales role. Preferred background with Sales Role in Food & Beverage/ FMCG industry. Experience working in a corporate/business-focused environment.
Responsibilities: Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities. Research markets in local, regional areas to determine potential sales and International regions if assigned. Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities. Assess and analyze a prospect's current process and requirements. Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Online G- Sheets. Provide accurate and timely information as required to higher management. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, stock & expense reports. Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics. Develop Sales Revenue by Increasing Market Shares and contently achieve Firm Goals through Sales Targets monthly basis. Organize Business Meetings efficiently (Online Or in person) and Travel if necessary for Market research & development Or To Finalize deals. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the import clearance, receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Proactive with management on Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
