Job Description

Karma Fitout Building Contracting LLC , a leading Dubai-based interior fit-out contracting company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads and secure new interior fit-out building contracting projects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively showcase Karma Fitout's capabilities and value proposition.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
• Manage and grow a personal client database, fostering long-term relationships.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, preferably within the interior fit-out or building contracting industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
