Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
• Generate leads, conduct sales calls, and meet with potential clients to present and demonstrate our solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Market and Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as those of our competitors.
• Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about our offerings.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
