Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in IT Hardware Sales (Technical Sales)
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of IT hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate complex product information to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the IT hardware sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing expert guidance on hardware solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the IT hardware industry.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of hardware solutions with client infrastructure.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving market demands.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably in a technical sales role.
• Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of IT hardware products, including servers, storage solutions, and networking equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
