The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the interior design industry. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting design solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Present design solutions and proposals to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the interior design industry.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred candidates with UAE driving license and Interior firm experience.
Salary: Competitive salary with commission and performance-based incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
