SALES EXECUTIVE - WITH INTERIOR DESIGN AND FIT OUT EXPERIANCE

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business development, generating sales leads, and managing client relationships within the interior design and fit-out sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and providing solutions that align with their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior design and fit-out processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized interior design and fit-out solutions that align with their budget and vision.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing company capabilities, past projects, and design concepts.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless communication and execution of contracts and design specifications.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, staying updated on industry trends and new materials.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth.
• Track sales performance and report on progress to senior management.
• Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build relationships and promote company services.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales within the interior design and fit-out industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of the interior design and fit-out process, including design, materials, and project timelines.
