We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the field of interior design consulting. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on building relationships with potential clients and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calls, meetings, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new client leads for our interior design services, targeting potential clients in various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality).
• Client Acquisition: Approach and engage prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present our engineering consultancy and interior design services. Convert leads into long-term clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our design solutions. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to understand client needs and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead status, and targets.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of [2-5] years of sales experience, preferably within the interior design or engineering consultancy sectors. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to network and build relationships with clients.
o Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of the interior design industry, architecture, and engineering consultancy services is preferred.
