Responsibilities
• Stage and show living spaces.
• Advertise and market living spaces.
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects.
• Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria.
• Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client.
• Knowledge in real estate market.
• Inform all the customers about the offers and the discount.
• Achieve target of the month.
• Client relationship management.
• Team collaboration.
• Follow up everything new properties in the market.
• Answer all the questions that the customers ask about it.
• Reporting everything for the team leader.
• Solve the problems.
• Work under pressure.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Must speak English and other languages.
• 0-1 year of experience in UAE real estate market ( fresh are welcome)
• Knowledge of the real estate market and purchase process.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Excellent in communication skills, selling and negation.
• Presentable.
• Should have car + UAE driving license.
