We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in sales, particularly in the immigration services sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year spent in the UAE market. Fluency in Hindi or Urdu is required, as you will be working with clients from diverse backgrounds. This role offers a competitive salary, commission-based incentives, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
: Identify and approach potential clients who are interested in immigration services, particularly for individuals seeking opportunities in countries like Canada, Australia, and others.
Consultative Selling
: Provide consultation to clients regarding immigration processes, visa applications, and other related services.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to generate repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement
: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring high performance in generating leads and closing deals.
Market Research
: Stay informed about the latest immigration policies, procedures, and trends, both in the UAE and globally, to provide accurate advice to clients.
Sales Presentations
: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of immigration services to prospective clients.
Lead Generation
: Use different sales methods including cold calling, networking, and online channels to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
Reporting
: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and feedback to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Customer Support
: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the immigration process, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
: At least 3 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the UAE market. Experience in immigration services is preferred.
Language Skills
: Fluent in Hindi or Urdu (both spoken and written). Proficiency in English is also required.
Sales Experience
: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals, especially in services related to immigration.
Communication Skills
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Customer Focus
: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in the immigration services sector.
Tech-Savvy
: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Problem Solving
: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in understanding the immigration process and addressing client concerns.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary
: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 monthly (based on experience).
