Role Overview

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling hotel-related products. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales , preferably in the hospitality industry , with a strong network in housekeeping and related departments. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

This is a high-growth opportunity for individuals passionate about the hospitality sector, offering a competitive basic salary of AED 4,500 with lucrative sales commissions (5% to 10%) on contract values, and regional exposure in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development :
• Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and service apartments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as housekeeping managers, procurement heads, and operations teams.
• Proactively pursue leads, close sales deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Market Research & Strategy :
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Build and implement sales strategies tailored to the hospitality sector.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Offer consultative solutions, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and benefits.
• Promotion & Networking :
• Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the brand's visibility.
• Promote products via digital channels and client demonstrations.
• Travel Opportunities :
• Travel across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait) for client meetings, business development, and project execution.
• Reporting & Compliance :
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Hospitality Network : Strong connections in housekeeping or operations within hotels are highly desirable.
• Sales Track Record : Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• License : Valid UAE driving license.

Skills Required

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Adept at building and nurturing client relationships.
• Familiarity with GCC hospitality markets is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : AED 4,500 (basic) per month.
• Commissions :
• 5% to 10% on contract values, based on performance and sales volume.
