Job Description

The HoReCa Sales Executive for the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets is responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the hospitality sector, specifically targeting hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses in these regions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the HoReCa landscape in the UAE, with a focus on promoting and selling products or services that meet the unique needs of clients in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients within the HoReCa sector in Abu Dhabi and Dubai (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, etc.).
• Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in both markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the UAE.
• Present and demonstrate products/services effectively, tailored to the preferences of the local HoReCa industry.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and contracts for clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HoReCa sector in the UAE.
• Analyze the competitive landscape in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai to position the company's offerings effectively.
• Understand local market regulations, requirements, and challenges to provide relevant solutions for clients.
• Gather feedback from clients to inform future product development and marketing strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for all HoReCa clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, offering support and addressing inquiries.
• Provide post-sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints quickly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships.
• Encourage repeat business and client referrals by maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Track sales performance within the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets, maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics like revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist with budgeting and resource allocation for the UAE market.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns specifically for the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability for clients.
• Partner with customer service teams to address client concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Networking and Industry Engagement:
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to build connections and generate leads.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the HoReCa sector in the UAE to present relevant and timely solutions to clients.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in the region's hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales within the HoReCa industry, with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Existing relationships with key players in the HoReCa sector in the UAE (hotels, restaurants, caterers) is a significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE hospitality sector, customer behavior, and local regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients across both markets.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel to client sites within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Flexible working hours, depending on client schedules.
• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HORECA: 2 years (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)
