Job Summary :

The Sales Executive - HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Bakery) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities within the HORECA sector. The role involves identifying new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting the company's products and services to increase market share in the HORECA industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HORECA market, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Business Development :
• Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and foodservice providers.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the HORECA sector.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Provide personalized service and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure continued business and to explore new sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion :
• Stay updated on the company's product offerings, pricing structures, and promotions.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of products and services, offering the best solutions to suit their specific business needs.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively to clients.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HORECA sector.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding new opportunities, pricing strategies, and market challenges.
• Sales Reporting :
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Track sales performance and work with the team to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Negotiation & Closing :
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are agreed upon.
• Close deals and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams :
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and requests.
• Collaborate with other sales representatives to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience :
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of sales achievements and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Skills :
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the HORECA industry, market trends, and customer needs.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
