Job Description

Requirements:

• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in facility management sales or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential and existing clients to generate leads and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
• Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM, ensuring all concerns are addressed efficiently.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and attend both virtual and in-person meetings with clients to discuss their maintenance needs and present tailored solutions.
• Site Assessments: Visit client sites to evaluate facilities and identify specific service requirements, allowing for personalized service offerings.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and pricing packages based on client requirements, project scope, and budget constraints.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts effectively, closing deals to meet or exceed established sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and encourage referrals.
• Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional services to enhance client engagement.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, preparing sales reports for management review to track progress and performance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying new business opportunities for growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
