Job Description

• Lead Management : Oversee and manage direct leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to convert inquiries into sales.
• Corporate Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with corporate sector clients, and develop the corporate bookings sector.
• Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital marketing strategies.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct effective presentations and property tours to prospective clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our holiday homes.
• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate terms and finalize deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that adhere to company policies.
• Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our holiday homes.
• Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, lead status, and market feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
