Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our Small Van Sales team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving our small van to different locations, engaging with customers, and delivering and selling our products directly from the van.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Sales and Delivery:
• Drive the company's small van to various locations as per the daily route plan.
• Display and sell products directly from the van to retail stores and individual customers.
• Ensure the van is stocked with sufficient inventory and maintain the organization of products.
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Address customer queries and provide product information.
• Collect feedback and report customer suggestions or complaints to the management.
• Payment and Record Keeping:
• Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
• Keep accurate records of daily sales and inventory levels.
• Report daily activities and sales to the supervisor.
• Van Maintenance:
• Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to lift and move inventory items.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the local area and route planning.
• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Familiarity with inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
