Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and ensure service satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations, and current market trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license.
Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
